Scale from a system, not from scratch
Opening playbooks for multi-location businesses
We survey the locations you run today and build the system every next one opens from.
Location TwoWhat we do
For owners who want more locations
We build the system your next locations run on
You have locations that work. Growing further usually means copying yourself: your standards, your eye for a site, your hours on the floor. Somewhere between location two and five, that stops working.
We survey what already works, write it down as a system, and use it to open the next location and the one after that. Cafés, shops, salons, studios: any business where customers walk in through a door.
How we workWhy growthstalls
What we see in growing networks
- Standards live in your headEach location gets it right when you are there.
- You don’t know what a location really earnsSo you can’t say what the next one has to make.
- Sites are picked by gut feelingA wrong lease is the most expensive mistake in the whole plan.
- Every opening runs through youAnd the locations you already have slip while you’re away.
How wework
Four steps, a result after each
Each step ends with something on paper. After each one, you decide whether to continue. When the system is in place, it runs again for every next location.
Survey
We take your current locations apart: numbers, team, processes, and everything that still depends on you.
System
We package what works: standards, roles, training, and the economics of one location.
Opening
Site selection, lease, hiring and the opening plan for the next location.
Repeat
Quality control, reporting, and the call on further locations or franchising.
Where to startNext Location Check
A short diagnostic with a fixed scope
At the end you know whether you’re ready for the next location, what’s missing, and what to do first.
- A clear yes, not yet, or noWith the reasons behind it.
- The gaps, ranked by costNumbers, team, standards, site.
- A first 90-day planWhat to fix first, and in what order.
We’ve runlocations ourselves
Operators from multi-location networks
From shifts behind the counter to franchise economics
We’ve opened and run multi-location networks in several European countries. We talk to owners the way operators talk to each other: about rent, staff, margins and the hours you spend on site.

Common questions
How much does it cost?
A fixed price, agreed before we start. We give you the number after the first call, and it doesn’t grow with the hours we spend.
How long does it take?
It mostly depends on how quickly we can get to your numbers. We agree the timeline together with the price.
What do you need from me?
Access to your numbers (sales, costs, rent, payroll) for each location, a few hours of your time, and short conversations with your managers.
Do you only work with cafés and restaurants?
No. Hospitality is where we come from, but the method works for any business with physical locations: retail, services, beauty, studios.
Is it confidential?
Yes. We sign an NDA before we see any of your numbers.
What if I’m not ready?
Then the report says so and lists what to fix first. You find this out before you sign a lease.
Will you open the next location for us?
We can run the opening with you (site, lease, hiring, launch), or hand the plan to your team. You decide after the check.
